- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Guard Shacks) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). RFQ # M67399-09-Q-0096 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332439. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this order is 3412. The small business size standards are 500 EMP. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this order is 8145. This solicitation is for the procurement Guard Shacks. The requirement is listed as follows: CLIN 0001 - The Contractor shall manufacture and deliver Eight (8) Containerized Guard Shacks constructed out of standard shipping containers. These containerized building will be cut down to 8' x 10' x 8'. Each container shall have one (1) 36" x 36" window on each side. The left, right and rear shall have a window for a total of three windows. Each window is to be located 42" from the floor to the bottom of the window and centered on each wall. The front is to have a single (1) 6' x 6' rollup door. Each container is to be painted Marine Grade White inside and out.Place of contract delivery will be at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC)/Marine Corps Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MCAGTFTC), Twenty-nine Palms, CA 92278. The winner of this award is required to be registered with, understand, and invoice through Wide Area Workflow.
