- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) [Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)], 10260 Campus Point Drive, San Diego CA 92121-1152, for supplies and services related to the procurement of an AN/ALE-47 Software Test Environment III (STE III) Station Upgrade, for Australia; including, but not limited to: manufacturing test equipment and special tooling, functional testing; spare AN/ALE-47 STSE III hardware items; and the attendant technical data and software. This effort is being awarded on a sole source basis to SAIC in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 because SAIC is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the ALE-47 STE III and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
