- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic,Charleston, SC intends to award a sole source contract to L3 Communicationsfor the upgrade of an L3 automated communication resource managementsystem. This system consists of both software and hardware. L3 holdsproprietary rights to the software. A performance based, cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite delivery indefinitequantitytype contract is anticipated. The period of performance is expected to be abase year and two one year options.
