RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVALIABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912HQ-04-D-0007 AND W912HQ-04-D-0008. This contract will ensure that USACE provide accurate and defendable estimates of local job creation and other economic measures such as income and sales as means to document and manage the performance of the ARRA spending and associatesd Civil Work program activities.
