- Synopsis: The Providence VA Medical Center has a requirement for OR Lighting. Contractors shall provide Contractor will provide all labor, material, engineering drawings, equipment and supervision to provide and install Operating Room Lights, Anesthesia Booms, and Monitors for new Operating Room at the VA Medical Center, Providence, RI. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for award to Small Business concerns. Offers or proposals from other than small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. The NAICS code for this procurement is 423450 with a small business size standard of 100 (size standard in number of employees). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on best value based on technical evaluation factors and past performance in accordance with the evaluation procedures of the solicitation, additional preference will be given to SDVOSB/VOSB. The solicitation will be available on or about June 2, 2009. Due date for receipt of offers is June 5, 2009, 10:00 AM EST.
