- AMENDMENT NO. 2 The purpose of this Amendment is to incorporate the following SF-1442 Solicitation Package, Plans, Specifications and Attachments applicable to the solicitation. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. A Pre-Construction Site Visit has been scheduled for 8:30 am on Wednesday, June 10, 2009. All interested contractors should plan to meet at the BIA Wind River Agency Facilities Office, Building 140, 1st & Washington Streets, Fort Washakie, Wyoming. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Please direct ALL questions and inquiries to Mr. Jay Windy Boy, Contract Specialist via email ONLY at alvin.windyboy@bia.gov. All questions and responses will be issued and made available to interested contractors.
