- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS PARKING SPACE IN MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN AREA The United States Government is expressing interest in locating parking spaces for the Veteran's Benefits Affairs (VBA) within the walking boundaries below of their current office which is located at 5400 West National Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The following boundaries are as follows: North: West National Avenue East: Miller Park Way South: West Mitchell Street West: Hawley Avenue/South 60 th Street The purpose of this advertisement is to seek information from property owners willing to provide approximately 150 surface lot parking spaces within the above boundaries. A lease is required for three (3) years/ firm/five (5) years term. Parking spaces must be contiguous and not scattered throughout a surface lot or parking structure. The spaces will be reserved for the VA parkers and be accessible 24 hours/seven (7) days a week. Targeted occupancy date is July 1, 2009 or sooner. The parking area should be fenced, the lot well-maintained, the spaces striped and numbered, and the lot well lit. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. Property owners who have available parking are urged to forward pertinent information on your lot and a letter of intent by mail or FAX by close of business, 4:30 PM CST on Friday, June 5, 2009 referencing SFO Number: GS-05B-18399 to: Patricia A.
