- This requirement is for the hardware and software upgrade of 240 EA IFR 4000 NSN 6625-01-516-4656RH and software upgrade only of 650EA IFR 4000 NSN 6625-01-516-4656RN. Delivery Schedule is 25EA per month with first shipment 45 days ARO assets for hadware and software upgrade units. Delivery Schedule is 50EA per month with first shipment 45 days ARO assets for software upgrade units. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to Aeroflex Witchita Inc. Authority of 6.302-1, Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
