- The U.S. Army, RDECOM, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Honeygo Run Reclamation Center, 10710 Philadelphia Road, Perry Hall, MD 21128-9624. The APG Environmental office has approved this vendor as one that has all appropriate controls in place; thus it protects the installation from future problems with environmental contamination. This landfill is the only approved landfill for the disposal of C&D material within a reasonable range of location to the installation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 562212 and the size standard is $12.5M. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 10:00 AM Eastern DST, June 4th, 2009.
