- Two modifications totaling $2,500,000.00 were issued to Booz Allen Hamilton against Task Order No. IRM-E-06-05-00021 to Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) No. IRM-E-00-05-00021. The modifications were for Program Management Operations of the Global Acquisition and Assistance System (GLAAS). Both the BPA and Task Order were competitively awarded under FAR Part 8.4. This task order was awarded as Time and Materials due to the technical, logistical and schedule complexities of preparing GLAAS for worldwide deployment. This modification ensures that the efficiencies achieved to date are continued. Performance metrics were established to ensure measurable outcomes and high quality performance.
