- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91YU009R0013. The Western Regional Contracting Office is soliciting offers for blood donor testing services. Offeror to provide all required facilities, personnel, services, transportation, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary and provide primary results the next day, not later than 12 noon following pick-up of the specimens. The solicitation will be for a Base and four one-year option periods. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 13 July 2009 and is unrestricted.
