- Place concrete slabs for Restrooms, Gate House, Shelters, and Screen Shelters. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, approved bonding and materials as stipulated in General and Technical Specifications section 20871, Specifications for 76 each, six (6) inch concrete slab; 66 each 12 x 12 slabs 7 each 12 x 25 slabs 2 each 30 x 34 slabs 1 each 20 x 20 slab Section 20872, Specifications for 2 each, four (4) inch concrete slab, 2 each 5 x 30 concrete slabs Section 01000 General Information bonding requirements and in accordance with the stated CLIN quantities of the Task Order specified under each Specification, and all other terms and conditions of the above referenced contract for the Capital Regional Office and Canyon Lake, TX. The duration of the project is expected to be 175 - 200 days. NAICS code is 236220. Small Business Size Standard is $31.0 Million. Estimated Cost Range is $100,000.00 - $200,000.00.
