- Statement of work 1 June 09 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-09-Q-0307 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31 dated 21 April 2009. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a SMALL BUSINESS acquisition under NAICS code 333319 and small business size standard is 500 Employees. (v) CLIN 1: Provide and install a hands-free truck wash system in pre-existing overhang IAW with attached Statement of Work and drawing. (vi) Service will be performed on Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson AZ. Period of performance will be approximately 90 days from contract start date. (vii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (viii) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price.(ix) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 -- Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. and submit with its offer. (x) All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration (CCR), that failure to register in CCR by May 29, 2009 at 1:00pm (MST) will make an offeror ineligible for award. Contractor must also have NAICS code listed in this solicitation on their CCR Registration.
