- Item List Elmendorf AFB intends to award a Firm-Fixed price contract for Microsoft Enterprise Software Licenses. The contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, parts, material, and equipment necessary to perform the required services. The work will include but is not limited to installation and support of the software licenses. HUBZone sources are sought to potentially fulfill the Microsoft Enterprise Software Licenses list on the attachment for delivery to Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. All interested HUBZone parties who are capable of providing the equipment as listed or suitable equivalents are asked to submit a response. Period of performance will be a one-year basic period and two one-year options. Anticipated start date is 26 September 2009. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 511210 with a small business size standard of $25M. The solicitation will be issued within 60 days on the Federal Business Opportunities web site at http://fbo.gov; paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all solicitation documents. NOTE: All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for contract award.
