DESCRIPTION: This is a special notice to inform the public of the use of the Recovery Act funds. RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACT #W9126G-07-D-0039, Custom Steel Structures, Inc. The Contract Specialist for this action will be Terry L. Teichmann (817) 886-1033; or by e-mail at terry.l.teichmann@usace.army.mil. Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, and materials to construct a system to drain groundwater from (also known as a seepage collection system) a foundation wall by drilling or otherwise creating channels for groundwater to flow at the right downstream wing wall abutment of the dam at Proctor Lake, Comanche, Texas. Section 00800 Special Contract Requirements bonding requirements and in accordance with the stated CLIN quantities of the Task Order specified under each Specification, and all other terms and conditions of the above referenced contract for the Three Rivers Regional Office and Proctor Lake, Comanche, Texas. The duration of the project is expected to be 30 days. NAICS code is 237990. Small Business Size Standard is $33.5 Million. Estimated Cost Range is $100,000.00 - $200,000.00.
