- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO GDS ENGINEERING UNDER CONTRACT WC1330-07-CQ-0057. In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009 (ARRA), Public Law 111-5, the Government intends to issue a modification to Task Order #T0001 under Contract WC1330-07-CQ-0057 utilizing Recovery Act Funding. This modification will exercise Optional Items 0003B, Preliminary Final Construction Documents & Review (95%) and 0004, Final Construction Documents (100%) providing the technical specifications and drawings which will complete the design for NOAA's La Jolla Laboratory Replacement Project, La Jolla, California.
