- RECOVERY 2009 STIMULUS PROJECT- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This procurement will be competed among existing Architect-Engineering Multiple Award IDIQ Contractors. The contract will be awarded to the selected IDIQ Contractor to perform the following requirements: This contract is for A-E services for the design of a federal employee parking garage and a master plan for the San Juan Puerto Rico FBI Field Office Consolidation Project. The A-E will design and develop a site master plan locating the new FBI facility, employee garage, and the child care center. The Master Plan shall set the architectural language of the buildings and will define the general proportions and locations of the new buildings. The plan will also include Design and Construction of a Federal Employee Parking Garage to replace parking spaces lost due construction of the new FBI facility and the relocation of the existing federal child care center to meet FBI site requirements
