You may fax or mail your request ATTN: CCAM-AL-L, Michael Haywood, Contracting Officer, Fax 256-842-7629. No telephone request will be accepted. PRON: D19N5002D1, NOUN: Damper, Elevation, NSN: 1440-01-020-4297, PN: 11486901, Quantity: 18 each, applicable to the TOW-2 Missile System. Delivery quantity of 18 each going to Chambersburg, PA 17201-4153. Production Leadtime is 18 each, 100 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Klune Industries, Inc., Cage 05DN8 and Moog, Inc., Cage 19156. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
