- Description
- The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Drum, NY, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), intends to issue an oral solicitation under simplified acquisition procedures. This requirement is to provide the Fort Drum Public Works Division their crushed stone needs. The anticipated award date is June 2009. Services will be procured using the procedures in FAR part 13. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Any interested party may inquire with the following Contract Specialist via email: christopher.l.center@us.army.mil. The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Drum, NY, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), intends to orally solicit a requirement for crushed stone. The stone is to be delivered to Fort Drum, NY; the anticipated delivery date is 26 June 2009. The requirement will be procured using the procedures in FAR parts 12 and 13. This procurement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 212312. This can be done by accessing the Internet at (www.ccr.gov) or calling 1-888-227-2423. Representations and certifications must also be on record through ORCA at www.orca.bpn.gov.
