- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE GLOBAL CONTINGENCY CONSTRUCTION MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT (GCC), N62470-06-D-6007/N62470-06-D-6008/N62470-06-D-6009. The anticipated scope of work includes, design and construction of photovoltaic (PV) systems, lighting efficiency upgrades, and solar preheat systems on Navy property in the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, Florida, Mississippi, and Texas. Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic intends to competitively procure this work using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding under the GCC contract. NAVFAC Atlantic may elect to award multiple task orders under the GCC for this work. Please note that only the contractors who have been awarded a GCC contract by the NAVFAC Atlantic contracting office are eligible to prepare and submit a proposal for this solicitation.
