Approved Sources are the following: Breg Oil Sponge International Inc., CAGE 0TSE1, P/N 7303, Complete Environmental Products Inc., CAGE 1F5T7, P/N CEP-P50-38, Spilltech Environmental Inc., CAGE 1VNK5, P/N E50 or P/N WPK50H, 3M Co Occupational Health, CAGE 50378, P/N T-157. Solicitation will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for 8a contractor Northwest Hazmat Inc., CAGE 1Q3M9. Shipment locations are Tracy, CA and New Cumberland, PA. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The estimated solicitation issue date is 5 June 2009 and the estimated closing date is 26 June 2009.
