- SOL: VA-261-09-RP-0207 Due: June 12, 2009, Request for Proposal (RFP) - Construction Engineering Testing for Building Construction, Psych Facility, VA Palo Alto Health Care System. A wide variety of testing will be required, including soil analysis, concrete and masonry, reinforcing and structural steel welding and fireproofing. The NAICS code is 238990, size standard of $14.0 million applies. Product Service code of Y192 applies. The actual solicitation should be posted on or about June 1, 2009. This is estimated to be a 2 year requirement. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing, questions may be faxed to W. Electronic solicitation may be accessed at no cost at www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendment issued against this solicitation will also be available from the same URL addresses. Contractor is responsible for submitting all documents required in accordance with the solicitation, including any amendments which will be posted on this website. Solicitation is also subject to availability of funding. Quotations shall be submitted on an all or nothing basis. Partial quotations will be rejected. Quotations shall be valid for 60 days from offer due date.
