- This is an announcement directing interested parties to the Department of Interior's Business Opportunities Web Page at http://ideasec.nbc.gov where details, to include clauses and attachments, of a US Geological Survey Request for Quotation (RFQ) # 09HQQQ0036 may be viewed. This RFQ constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested for meeting planning and facilitation services.
