- Description
- The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for Asbestos Inspection Services for the Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center, Leavenworth, KS. The NAICS code is 541620 with a size standard of $7.0 Million. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for award to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Services include contractor to furnish all the labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to conduct survey, collect samples, perform lab analysis and produce required deliverables in accordance with the solicitation terms and conditions. Period of performance shall be 45 days from award of contract. Offers or quotations from other than service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on Technical Factors, Past Performance and Price in accordance with the evaluation criteria identified in the solicitation. Request for Proposal will be available on or about May 20, 2009. Due date for receipt of offers is June 12, 2009, 4:00 p.m. CST. Anticipated award date is June 29, 2009.
