- NECO SYNOPSIS The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD), has a requirement for a milling machine model number #TRAK FHM7 60 x 23, 7.5 HP W/PT SMX CNC to include accessories of: Advanced Features, SMX, Coolant Pump-FHM7, Converter, DXF, Additional Seat, Chip Tray and Splash Shield for FHM7, Work Lamp, Networking and Memory Option, Power Draw Bar for CAT40, FHM7, Remote Stop/Go Switch, Fog Buster Spray Coolant System and Onsite Training. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The official Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00167-08-T-0109 is anticipated to be issued on or about June 3, 2009 and can be accessed via the following websites: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ or https://www.neco.navy.mil/.Award will be conducted on a competitive basis under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS is 333512 and size standard and number of employees 500. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the agency. Note: All prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, prior to award of a contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchase agreement.
