- The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest for office type space consisting of approximately 80,227 rentable square feet yielding approximately 52,000 to 54,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet within a four (4) block radius from the United Nations located at 45th Street and 1st Avenue in Manhattan, New York. The proposed lease term is for three (3) months. All responses received will be considered by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action, based upon responses to this notice, is solely at the discretion of the Government.
