- RECOVERY - This notice is provided for information purposes only. This opportunity is available only to Aerostar Environmental Services, Inc. under previously awarded contract through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District Office, Architect & Engineering (AE) Environmental Services, Contract Number W912QR-08-D-0009. The Government intends on issuing a task order to Aerostar under this pre-existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for AE Environmnetal Services. Work to be conducted under this task order includes the Upper Ohio Navigation Study, PA, a feasibility planning study for alternatives to modernize the three locks and dam facilities on the Ohio River, PA, environmental and cultural resource characterization of potential work and laydown areas, and a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment to assess the sites' potential for environmental liability concerns.
