- Description
- This office intends to solicit offers for SABER (Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineer Requirements) execution of multi trade real property maintenance and repair at Aviano AB, Italy and supported GSUs. Up to two Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts will be awarded. Duration of each contract will be one basic year and four option years. Construction requirements will be defined in individual delivery orders issued under the IDIQ contracts. Requirements will be competed amongst the multiple awardees on a fair opportunity basis as established in each task order issued thereunder. Task Order requirements will involve multi construction trades of a non complex nature with or without a minimal design effort. Task Order pricing will be based price lists entitled "Prezzi Informativi Dell'Edilizia" published by "DEI". Estimated maximum value of each IDIQ contract is $1.5M per year. Guaranteed minimum under each IDIQ contract is $2,500. 00. INTERESTED FIRMS MUST BE REGISTERED TO PERFORM CONSTRUCTION WORK IN THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY AND MEET THE REQUISITES OF ITALIAN LAW 109 OF 11 FEB 1994 AND SUCCESSFUL SCREENING BY THE ITALIAN MINISTRY OF DEFENSE. THE PROJECT WORK IS SOA CATEGORY OG1 CLASSIFICATION II OF ITALIAN LAW 304 OF 15 MAY 1998. AVVISO: Quest'ufficio intende rilasciare una gara per l'esecuzuione di opere multi disciplinari di manutenzione e riparazioni edili presso la Base Aerea di Aviano e distaccamenti. E' previstoa l'aggiudicazione di due contratti a prezzi unitari fissi. La durata di ciascuno e' di un anno con opzione annua per i successivi 4 anni. Le opere da eseguire verranno specificate di volta in volta per ciascun ordine di lavoro. Gli ordini di lavoro saranno riservati agli aggiudicatari dei contratti e l'esecuzione decisa a seguito di concorrenza tra le due ditte. L'ammontare di ciascun ordine di lavoro dovra' basarsi sui "Prezzi Informativi Dell'Edilizia" della "DEI". L'ammontare massimo abbuo di ciascun contratto e' $1.5M. L'ammontare minimo garantito e' $2,500.00.
