- The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to contract with Raytheon Systems Company (RSC) of Tucson, AZ, P.O. Box 11337 Tucson AZ 85756-1337, for Engineering and Technical Services in support of the MK 31 Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) Guided Missile Weapon System (GMWS). The effort includes technical and engineering services required to maintain current weapon system capability as well as resolve design issues through design, systems, software maintenance, reliability, maintainability, quality assurance and logistics engineering services. RSC is the qualified producer of the RAM GMWS and the only known source that currently possesses the requisite knowledge and expertise required to satisfactory meet Fleet requirements.
