- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville, NY 10963, intends to issue solicitation RFQ 21103-053-9, for the requirements of paving. The contract type is a firm fixed price. The solicitation will be available on or around May 27, 2009 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to make sure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 24, 2009. Faith Based and Community Based organizations can submit offers/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Prior to receiving an award, vendors must be registered at www.ccr.gov. Each offeror is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
