- Amendment 1 The services covered in this solicitation and resultant contract require contrator to furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform backhoe work on roads located on the Nez Perce National Forest. Work shall consist of cleaning culvert inlets, outlets and catch basins, removal of down trees from the road way and removal of slides and sloughs from the travel way, shoulders and ditches. Estimated start date for work: June 15, 2009. Government anticipates awarding a single Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract with renewal options for 2010 and 2011. Solicitation issued 5/12/09 with a response date of 5/29/09. Solicitation was amended on 5/20/09 to change the set-aside from a 100% Small Business to a 100% HUBzone Small Business set-aside. Respondents need to acknowledge receipt of this amendment per Block 11 of SF-30. Please note: contractors must be certified HUBzone concerns with the U.S. Small Business Administration to be eligible for contract award.
