- Description
- The Defense Energy Support Center intends to solicit approximately 1,920,000 gallons of Diesel Fuel #2 (DF2), NSN 9140-00-286-5294 by barge for delivery to Sao Tome and Principe, off the coast of West Africa in the Gulf of Guinea, on or about June 6, 2009. Maximum sulfur is.03%. The fuel is used in support of a land-based Caterpillar 3516 engine used for generating electricity. The proposed contract type is Requirements Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment. The estimated total value of the contract is $2,386,368.00. The ordering period is from 01 October 2009-30 September 2012.
