- "THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER N62473-08-D-8621 AIRFIELD AND HEAVY DUTY PAVING II MACC GROUP 0049 WHICH IS BALDI BROS., INC., HAL HAYS CONSTRUCTION, INC., SUNDT CONSTRUCTION, INC., PAVE-TECH INC, AND REYES CONSTRUCTION INC. This procurement will be competed among MACC contractors under contract N62473-08-D-8621. The intent is to award to the contractor conforming to the RFP, determined to be responsive, responsible, and lowest priced. Work to be performed includes base item 0001 for airfield parking spot 607 and option items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, consisting of additional 25'X 50' concrete slab sections on the pull-through area of spot 607. Options may be exercised within 90 days of award. Firm fixed price is required. Work is heavy horizontal and civil engineering construction. NAICS is 237310. Size Standard is $33.5M. Period of performance is 365 days. Estimated value is $500K - $1M. Job site visit is March 30, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at ROICC Travis conference room 191 W ST., Travis AFB, CA 94535.
