- This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The Mobile District Corps of Engineers intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Task Order (Task Order 0001) to contract number W91278-09-D-0034 an IDIQ contract which was fully completed and established in accordance with FAR Part 14, on 07-Apr-2009. This contract is for the Rental of Construction Equipment with Operators for Tennessee Tombigbee Waterway, Alabama and Mississippi. This contract was awarded to Phillips Contracting Co. Inc., P.O. Box 2069, Columbus Mississippi. Recovery Act approved Project for maintenance and repair of diked upland dredge material disposal areas and associated structures along the Tennessee Tombigbee Waterway.
