- This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract to GeoMicro, Inc., 3200 El Camino Real, Ste. 140, Irvine, CA 92602 using the simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items IAW FAR 13.5 for Annual Renewal of AltaMap Server Professional subscription to include site license and AltaMap Server Professional Maintenance and Support for Naval Information Technology Center (NITC), at the Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme, CA for a base year of 12-months with four (4) 12-month option period. NOTE: GeoMicro, Inc., is the sole developer and licensor of AltaMap product. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source known and where no other suppliers or services are able to satisfy the agency requirements. The anticipated award date is 29 May 2009. This notice is not a request for proposal. See note 22.
