- The FISC Norfolk Contracting Philadelphia Office intends to competitively procure for Administrative Support Services for the Naval Hospital Charleston Clinic. The proposed procurement is being processed as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Period of Performance is from 01 October 2009 through 30 September 2014, if all options are exercised. A fixed price contract will be issued, and conducted under FAR Part 12 for Commercial Items in conjunction with subpart FAR Part 13.5, Test Program Procedures for SAP Commercial Items.
