- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation regarding a requirement for care and maintenance of the Animas-La Plata Project Mitigation Area, to include farm plot management of approximately 160 acres, and patrolling for signs of trespassing or grazing on 6000 acres. The government intends to award a single fixed price contract with 3 option years. The NAICS code is 115115; Small business size standard is $7.0 Million; Applicable SCA Wage Determination No. 1976-1351, Rev 33. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB); quotes received from other than SB concerns will not be considered for award. The performance time is 30 calendar days from receipt of Date of Award. There will be an organized pre-bid site visit on May 27, 2009 at 10 am; please contact Mr. Michael Francis at (970) 385-6515 for directions.
