- Mission and Installation Command of Fort Bliss, TX intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Big Top Manufacturing for the pupose of installing Big Top Tents that are currently in use at the installation and taking them down to move to other locations. These will be taken down along with existing equipment. No other company can take down and install the equipment due to the proprietary items as Big Top Manufacturing has the warranty on these items. No other provider of these previous custom made items can take them down and reinstall these items, or that will void the warranty. The proposed acquisition will result in a firm fixed price contract. The delivery location is Ft. Bliss, TX 79916 and the proposed terms are FOB Destination. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for quotations. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether the government will conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All qualified sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by the agency.
