Description
List of NSNs, Nomenclature, Quantities, and Required Delivery for 159 possible LTC candidates NSNs (159) and quantities: see attached list, Purchase Request: RA09113004, IQC09113009032 will result in a Corporate Indefinite Quantity Follow-on Contract for one base and four option years with NSNs that are sole source to Pall Aeropower Corporation, CAGE 18350. This is a follow-on effort to current contract SM700-04-D-9737. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin for delivery orders over $100K and others designated and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination for delivery orders under $100 apply. This is a non-commercial procurement. Higher Level quality system required. Fast payment procedures apply. Total delivery to stock locations: see attached list. Unrestricted and Other than Full and open competition apply. Surge coverage is required for 47 NSNs. as of this date (this may or may not change upon issuance of the solicitation). Critical Safety Item requirements are currently applicable to 5 NSNs. The resulting contracting will include an Economic Price Adjustment Clause. “A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation. Choose the RFP you wish to download. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The anticipated solicitation issue date is June 22, 2009.” This solicitation will result in an award as an Indefinite Quantity Contract. This solicitation will be posted to the DIBBS.
