- 6FLS-B0-090399-N Market Survey for FSC 5180 Tool Kits The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Heartland Global Supply Center is in the process of preparing a formal solicitation for FSC 5180 – Tool Kits. The solicitation will result in a fixed price, indefinite delivery, two-year requirements type contract for the period 11/01/2009 or DOA through 10/31/2011 with 3 1-yr options. This solicitation will contain requirements for 5 Tool Kits. Estimated quantities will appear in the solicitation document. Pricing is not required in your response to this notice. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment clause. Delivery will be FOB destination within the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. This is a Market Survey. If you are interested in offering, please fill out the attached questionnaire. Your input will be used in an effort to improve and expand the competitive procurement process.
