- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE DESCRIPTION: The US Department of Veterans Affairs, South Texas Veterans Health Care System has a commercial item requirement for the purchase of (1) Duet Suction Unit (AE6975) Qty 68; (2) Service and Operator Manual Qty 1. To include commercial warranty terms. The solicitation will be issued as a brand name only requirement.
