- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE TO CONTRACTOR DIVERSIFIED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES INC, 214 HIDDEN VALLEY RD, HOT SPRINGS, ARKANSAS 71913, UNDER SOLE SOURCE SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROCEDURES. Project Description: Power Wash and Seal Concrete Intake Structure, Blue Mountain Dam and Spillway. Date of issue for the solicitation will be on or about 21 May 2009.
