- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912K6-09-Q-1007, is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-30. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code is 334290 and the small business size standard for this NAICS Code is 750 employees. The Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) has a requirement to obtain the necessary hardware & software materials to improve the port density and connection speed of the existing telecommunications system. The contractor shall be a Cisco Certified Partner and provide the following items in new condition. No reconditioned or refurbished equipment will be considered. 1.Ten (10) each, Cisco Catalyst 3560G-24TS Switch. IPv6 capable/compliant; 100/1000 Base-T (on all ports); Power over Ethernet (on all ports); Rack Mountable (with brackets); Ability to VLAN; Capable of Stacking. 2.Ten (10) each, Cisco Catalyst 3560G-48TS Switch. IPv6 capable/compliant; 100/1000 Base-T (on all ports); Power over Ethernet (on all ports); Rack Mountable (with brackets); Ability to VLAN; Capable of Stacking. 3.Twenty (20) each (one per) Cisco Consolidated Maintenance (SMARTnet 8x5xNBD(SNT)) 4.Ensure all shipping charges (F.O.B. Destination) are included into the cost of the above items. Shipped to destination is Reisterstown, Maryland 21136. The Government requires that all contractors doing business with this agency must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR). No award can be made to a company not registered in CCR.
