- Description
- The GSA Regional Office Building located at 7th and D Street SW, Washington, DC is a 7 story high rise building which is required to be fully sprinklered. The Building is divided into an east and west section. The entrance lobby on the east side and entrance from 7th Street is two stories and has historic architect and shall be preserved as it is. Currently the building is approximately 50% sprinklered. The building does not provide a level of safety equivalent to the NFPA Life Safety Code. This project involves completing the sprinkler protection on the Basement and First Floor Levels.
