This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W911RP-09-T-0089 is being issued as a request for quotation( RFQ). The north American Industry Classification System code 334515 is applicable. Acquisition is being conducted as a small business set-aside, all responsible small businesses that submit a quote shall be considered by the agency.
