- May 20, 2009 To: All Requestors of the Prospectus for a Concession Business Opportunity for The Operation of Guided Float Trips, fishing Trips, Multi-Day Lake Trips, and/or Guided Horseback Rides within Grand Teton National Park Re:GRTEXXX-10 Prospectus Errata No. 3 In the Prospectus, Proposal Package, Principal Selection Factor 4 on page 24 there is an error in the Cash Flow Statement Form. The years read 2007 through 2017 and should read 2010 through 2020. Please use the years 2010 through 2020. This same error is in Appendix E2 Proposal Package Excel Forms for Principal Selection Factor enclosed in the CD included with the Prospectus.
