- Description
- The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System has a requirement to provide Primary Medical Care and Basic Mental Health Services through a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in the Houma, LA area. The Primary Medical Care Services shall be provided at the contractor's clinic approximately 10,937 eligible Veterans in the area being served (2009 Data). The contract period will be for one (1) year from the date of contract award, with four (4) one-year renewal options, if exercised. THIS PROCUREMENT IS BEING CONDUCTED UNDER FULL AND OPEN COMPETITON. All parties interested and qualified under NAICS Code 621498, size standard $10.0 million, are eligible and invited to provide a proposal in response to this solicitation. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. Appropriate labor requirements in FAR Part 22 will apply as applicable. The solicitation document shall be available for download from this site on or before June 30, 2009 with proposals due on 30 days after posting. Award of a contract is intended by September 30, 2009 to allow a 90 day transition period if needed.
