View RD. Application rate is 1/2 gallon per square yard. Minimum concentration is 28%. Project Location: Soapstone Basin is on Utah highway 150 15 miles east of Kamas UT, Stillwater Fork is on Utah highway 150 35 miles west of Evanston WY China Meadows is on county road 246 20 miles southwest of Mountain View WY.
