- WHS COMBINED/SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This annoucement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is for Full and Open Competition. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for a firm fixed price contract, to purchase a X-Ray machine for the Raven Rock Mountain Complex. The RFQ number is PFPA410911901. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are thoses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-031. The applicable NAICS code is 811212 and the size is $25 M. Please see attachment A to this RFQ for a list of specification needed for this requirement. All specifications for this requirement must be fullfilled in order to be considered for this contract. The Government requires, on a brand-name-or-equal basis, "Gemini X-Ray Machine" and "Dual-Energy Plus Z Backscatter" The salient characteristics of the X-Ray machine are contained in attachment A to this RFQ. The delivery date will be 45 days after award. The period of performance for the warranty will be one year from the date of delivery. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition. No addendum applies to the provision. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 13.
