- AVGAS Storage Facilities, Al Udeid, Air Base Qatar Synopsis The Defense Energy Support Center intends to issue a sole source modification to increase the scope of contract SP0600-04-C-5419 for services to receive, store, maintain, and issue AVAGAS in support of operations at Al Udeid Air Base Qatar. The contract is with Fueling Systems Contractors, LLC located at 7411 Napa Vallejo Highway, P.O. Box 4050, Napa, CA 94558. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain the required facilities and services capable of receiving, storing, maintaining, accounting and shipping AVGAS. The period of performance for this effort will start six months after modification award. Fueling Systems Contractors is uniquely qualified by their background, experience, and resources to provide these services needed to satisfy the Defense Energy Support Center’s near-term requirement.
